Decoration Package: $250 (added to your base price)
Decorations of your color choices include but are not limited to the tulle swag
over the mirrors with strung pearls or crystals.  Illuminated glass goblets with
LED lights in your color choice.  Paper or satin lanterns in various shapes and
sizes, hanging swirls, ribbons, bows, draped fabric, party lights, satin fan
ceiling danglers and/or crystal doorway curtains in your color choices as well
as lighted apothecary jars & a decorated cake table. Also includes 2 decorators
for 2-3 hours to set up all decor prior to your rental time.
 
 
We have many different types of centerpieces to choose from at BPS.
 
 
Table and Decoration Package: $400 (added to your base price)
Includes everything from the Decoration Package (see above for details)
Plus table linens and skirts, table runners, buffet overlays, centerpieces,
diamond and other table confetti in your theme colors for 5 cocktail tables
& 7 large banquet & buffet tables as well as 16 sterno fuel containers for
your buffet tables.  Also includes 2 decorators for 3-4 hours to set up all
tables and decor prior to your rental time.   
  
 
Front Lounge at BPS.  We also have a side lounge, back lounge, ladies lounge, DJ booth and dance floor.
 

Theme Party Package: $400(added to your base price)
Customized decorations for your themed event. 
Themes include, but not limited to: Casino Theme, Hollywood theme, 50's party, 70's Party, 80's Party,  Roaring 20's, Mardi Gras, Masquerade, Arabian Nights, Caribbean Night, Vegas Theme, Hawaiian Luau, Ice Cream Shoppe etc.  Bring us your ideas and we'll make it happen! Also includes 2 decorators for 4-5 hours to set up
all decor prior to your rental time.

12' dessert table filled with a rainbow of delectables including Tiramisu,
Belgian chocolate raspberry mousse, Mini cheesecakes, Cannolis, red velvet
cakes, fruit tarts, assorted Italian pastries and other tasty treats.
The Dessert table will feature a chocolate fountain with skewered strawberries,
pineapple, cantaloupe, blueberries and bananas.
It also includes caramel fondue with a variety of apples for dipping.
Flavored coffee and assorted teas.
Extra Large Fresh flower arrangements for the entrance way and vanity area.
Customized framed and mounted signs with your photo or graphic personalizing
the hall to your special event 
1 Hired Party Attendant for 4 hours during your event.
Also includes 3 decorators for 4-5 hours to set up all tables and decor prior to

Staff:
- Security: $175 (Security is mandatory for evening events with over 50 guests)
- Door man: $100
- Party attendant for 6 hours: $150 (mandatory for events with over 100 guests)

DJ equipment is always included in your hall rental but we also offer DJs at $300 per night!
